This Green Bag Lunch, co-hosted by the UTSA Sustainable Business Program and Rackspace Hosting, is part of our free lunch-time series on sustainability and related topics hosted by the Sustainable Business Program. These sessions are a great way to kick back and learn about current topics related to all aspects of small business efficiency. This month's Green Bag will be presented by Aaron Sullivan from Rackspace Hosting who will discuss Servers, Cheeseburgers, and SUV's - a look into Pascal's Wager and the American Lifestyle. Per-capita demands for energy are 5x greater in the United States than elsewhere in the world and demand from developing countries is increasing. Is the only solution to give up our conveniences and comforts? Or is prosperity for everyone just around the corner with the right kinds of innovation? Rackspace examines this problem through relevant papers and studies to increase awareness and discussion.
