Mr. Gerlach has over 20 years of experience in economic development, public policy analysis, management consulting, social science research and planning. He became director of the Center in 1990, and has been instrumental in developing numerous projects and programs over the past decade. Mr. Gerlach has a B.A. in the Social Sciences, and graduate degrees in Urban Studies and Public Administration.

Ms. Rossano provides administrative support and conducts research in relation to Center activities. She also assists the Center's director by compiling reports and proposals. She has been with the Center since May 2005.
